From aluminium stamping production to the finished assembly
Our focus is on the manufacture of aluminium stampings. On our eccentric presses with 50 to 500 tonnes of press force, we process all common aluminium alloys in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 10 mm. Whether flat parts, bent components or complex geometries – we find the right solution.
In addition to conventional stamping, we offer forming services tailored specifically to aluminium. Bending, deep drawing and embossing bring your aluminium components into the desired shape. The is also part of our service portfolio.
Aluminium stamping isn't your core competence? We take over complete relocations involving several hundred tools. From tool transfer and sampling through to a stable production ramp-up.
We don't just supply individual parts. On request, we assemble complete – bolted, riveted or press-fitted.
In our powder coating facility, we finish your aluminium components in almost any RAL colour. For optimal corrosion protection and an attractive appearance.
For stamping tools, we work with long-standing, specialised partners. We coordinate the entire process from design through to trial runs.
